- Repair and troubleshooting now Residential service includes conventional and two-wire systems, buried valves, electrical tracing, fittings, heads, controllers, and seasonal adjustments.
- Clear customer authorization Diagnostic time becomes part of an approved repair, and material expansion of the work requires your approval.
- Complete new systems later Full irrigation installation will be offered only after the appropriate contractor licensing is secured.
Service boundary
Pump and well work is referred to the appropriate specialist. Emergency and after-hours irrigation response is not offered.

We can identify concerns, help define the scope, and coordinate qualified specialists without presenting major masonry or excavation as in-house work.
Not an anonymous labor provider
Extra hands may support a project, but Holly or Josh remains directly involved. You retain access to the person responsible for the result.
Property Stewardship
Care, observation, communication, and coordination.
Stewardship visits provide a trusted local set of eyes, not a guarantee that every defect will be found and not a substitute for a licensed home, structural, roofing, security, or code inspection.
