Zone Troubleshooting
Diagnosis for zones that will not operate, will not shut off, run inconsistently, or show obvious pressure and coverage problems.

Residential Service • Repair & Water Management
When a zone will not run, will not shut off, leaks, or waters poorly, we trace the cause, explain the practical options, and test the result.
Current Residential Scope
We work on conventional and two-wire residential systems and look at irrigation as part of the living landscape—not an isolated collection of parts.

Current Service Boundaries
The current offering is residential troubleshooting, repair, adjustment, seasonal service, and qualified coordination.
Pump and well work is referred to the appropriate specialist. Full new-system installation will begin only after the proper contractor license is secured.
Emergency and after-hours irrigation response is not offered. We schedule work and communicate realistic timing.
The Repair Process
Review what the system is doing, when the problem began, and any repairs or changes already attempted.
Operate the system, isolate the failure, locate hidden components when needed, and identify the likely repair.
Explain the practical option and obtain approval if the repair expands beyond the expected scope.
Complete the authorized repair, operate the affected area, clean up, and leave you with a clear account of the result.
